Natalie's Coffee is 100% committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your coffee order, you may return the order and we will refund your money. Natalie's Coffee takes great pride in our coffee and hopes that every order is to your satisfaction. We do hope that Natalie's Coffee will become your household, family & friend's favorite coffee. Natalie's Coffee Return Policy

7-Day Return Policy On Coffee Orders (8oz. & 12oz. bags)

2oz. one-pot sample packs are not returnable & non-refundable (for obvious reasons)

All returns must have an RMA# before being sent back to us. Any package arriving without an RMA# will not receive a refund.

You can obtain an RMA# by sending an email to returns@nataliesroastery.com

Any coffee returned must be in it's original packaging, and contain at least eighty-five percent of it's original purchase weight.

We roast all our coffee custom & fresh to order and a labor charge of 15% will be deducted from your refund.

A copy of your receipt is required. Make sure your order number and date of purchase are clearly marked.

Shipping costs for orders and cost for returning orders, will not be refunded. (Refund is for product cost only)

Natalie's Coffee is not responsible for lost or damaged returns, we strongly recommend that you purchase insurance on all items being returned.

Please allow approximately 15 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.
